Individual Coaching for High School and University Students
Individual coaching means that you will receive my full personal support, undivided attention and access to many resources that will help you on your path to success. If you struggle with time management, meeting deadlines, paper writing, test anxiety, procrastination, etc., we will find ways to help you overcome those challenges so that you can regain a confident and optimist outlook on life and the academic success you deserve.
Individual Coaching for Parents
During parent coaching, we look at the difficulties and challenges - but also the successes, strengths and interests - of your ADHD child and work together to develop helpful methods on how we can improve or even eliminate these difficulties. We work in a partnership: you as the expert, who knows your child best, and I as your coach, who listens carefully to you, gives you food for thought and works with you to develop new strategies that you can try out with your child. If possible, we integrate your child into our sessions in order to hear their perspective and take their specific wishes and needs into account.
Group Coaching for High School and College Students
Group coaching is the right choice for you if you prefer to take part in a group and would like to benefit from the experiences of the other group members. We meet online for 90 minutes a week for six weeks and focus on effective motivation, concentration and learning strategies. All group sessions are actively organized by the participants, which means that we respond to your individual wishes and needs and take them into account. In addition, all coaching sessions rely on a lively exchange between participants and their experiences with learning at school and university.
