Imagine if life with ADHD felt just a little easier
Evidence-based therapy and coaching for teenagers (15+), university students, professionals, and parents of neurodivergent children with ADHD
Hi, I’m Gabi!
As an ADHD-therapist and ICF-certified ADHD coach, I support teenagers (15+), university students, professionals, and parents of neurodivergent children in building a life that works with their ADHD — not against it.
Many of the people I meet are intelligent, motivated, and deeply committed to the things that matter to them. Yet they often feel overwhelmed by everyday life. They know what they want to do but struggle to get started. They lose focus halfway through a task, feel emotionally exhausted, or wonder why everything seems to require so much more effort than it does for other people.
If any of this sounds familiar, you're not alone.
My work begins by helping you understand why these challenges keep showing up. Together, we'll develop practical, evidence-based strategies that fit the way your brain works, so that life gradually feels calmer, clearer, and a little easier.
Why I Do This Work
I have spent more than 15 years as a professor teaching and mentoring students at an American university and have worked with people from many different countries and cultural backgrounds. Having lived in Germany, the United States, Japan, and Denmark, I understand the challenges that come with navigating different educational systems, cultures, and expectations. This is one reason why I particularly enjoy working with international students, expats, and Third Culture Kids.
As the parent of a neurodivergent child, I also know that ADHD affects entire families. Supporting parents and helping families create calmer, more connected relationships is an important part of my work.
How I Can Help
ADHD Therapy
ADHD is about much more than attention and organization. Many people with ADHD also struggle with emotional overwhelm, anxiety, chronic stress, low self-esteem, rejection sensitivity, impulsivity, or difficulties in relationships.
In therapy, we explore the deeper patterns that may be contributing to these challenges and develop healthier ways of responding to difficult emotions, stress, and life transitions.
My therapeutic work is strongly influenced by Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), a practical and evidence-based approach that can be particularly helpful for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and building a more balanced life. You don't have to navigate these challenges alone. Learn more
ADHD Coaching
ADHD can affect every area of life—school, university, work, relationships, and everyday responsibilities. Perhaps you struggle with procrastination, time management, organization, motivation, or the constant feeling that you're always trying to catch up.
In coaching, we focus on practical strategies that fit your individual strengths, challenges, and goals. Together, we'll create systems and routines that work with your brain rather than against it.
My goal is not to help you become a different person. It's to help you better understand yourself and build a life that feels more manageable, sustainable, and fulfilling. Learn more
English-speaking ADHD Community
Living with ADHD can feel isolating, especially when you're navigating life in a different country, culture, or educational system. This group offers a supportive space for adults with ADHD to connect with others, share experiences, learn practical strategies, and gain new perspectives.
Each month, we explore different ADHD-related topics, including emotional regulation, procrastination, executive functioning, relationships, work, study skills, and everyday life with ADHD. Whether you've recently been diagnosed or have been living with ADHD for years, you're welcome to join us.
My goal is to create a warm and supportive community where you can learn, connect, and feel understood while building practical tools for everyday life. Learn more.
ADHD Parent Training
Parenting a child with ADHD can be incredibly rewarding but it can also be exhausting, frustrating, and overwhelming at times. You may find yourself dealing with daily struggles around school, homework, emotional outbursts, routines, friendships, or family conflict. Perhaps you've tried different approaches and advice, yet nothing seems to work consistently. Many parents begin to question themselves and wonder whether they're doing enough to help their child.
You're not alone.
This parent training program is designed to help you better understand your child's ADHD and develop practical strategies that work in real life. Rather than focusing only on challenges, we'll also explore your child's strengths, interests, and unique way of experiencing the world. Learn more
