Individual Coaching for High School and University Students
If you’re struggling with time management, deadlines, homework, organizing your day, test anxiety, or procrastination, individual coaching can be a powerful way to make quick and lasting progress. We’ll develop personalized strategies to overcome your challenges, so you can regain confidence, build a more positive outlook, and achieve the academic success you’re aiming for. Especially, if you are a Third Culture Kid who has changed schools and countries a few times, you might find it harder to emotionally regulate, build a lasting routine or focus on the task at hand. My role is that of a supportive mentor, working with you in a partnership and listening to your unique needs. Yet, for coaching to be truly effective, it’s essential that you are motivated to make some changes because without your active participation we won’t be able to make progress.
Individual Coaching for Parents
During parent coaching, we look at the difficulties and challenges - but also the successes, strengths and interests - of your ADHD child and work together to develop helpful methods on how we can improve or even eliminate these difficulties. We work in a partnership: you as the expert, who knows your child best, and I as your coach, who listens carefully to you and helps you develop new strategies and techniques that you can try out with your child. If possible, we involve your child in our sessions at times to hear their perspective and take their specific wishes and needs into account.
Individual Coaching for People in the Workforce
If you're struggling with challenges at work such as time management, low productivity, lack of energy, or difficult social interactions, coaching can help you develop personalized strategies to navigate these issues. Together, we'll identify unhelpful patterns or behaviors that may be holding you back and create more effective ways to structure your day, stay focused, and work with greater energy and clarity.
I also support individuals who feel unsure about their current career path. If you suspect you're in the wrong profession, we’ll rediscover your strengths and explore new opportunities with you that align with who you truly are.
My goal is to help you not only work more efficiently, but also manage your energy better and find a career that brings you both satisfaction and the independence you need to thrive.
