ADHD Coaching

“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.”

— Carl Rogers

How does ADHD Coaching work?

Coaching is a collaborative partnership between you and me. Together, we'll explore the challenges you're currently facing, clarify your goals, and build on the strengths you already have. Many people with ADHD know exactly what they want to do, yet struggle to consistently follow through. This is rarely a problem of motivation, intelligence, or willpower. More often, it is related to difficulties with the brain skills involved in planning, organizing, prioritizing, getting started, staying focused, following through, and regulating emotions.

Our work together is not only about understanding these challenges but also about developing practical solutions that fit your life, your goals, and the way your brain works. My coaching approach is built around three key pillars:

Understanding: Together, we'll explore why certain challenges keep showing up and how ADHD may be influencing your daily life. Understanding your brain is often the first step toward meaningful change.

Developing Strategies: We'll create practical tools, systems, and approaches that support you in school, university, work, relationships, and everyday life.

Creating Lasting Change: Finding new strategies is often the easy part. The real challenge is turning them into habits that actually work in daily life. I'll support you in implementing changes step by step, troubleshooting obstacles, and adapting your systems as your needs evolve.

Over time, many clients experience not only greater structure and consistency but also increased confidence and self-trust. They learn to work with their ADHD rather than against it, approach challenges with greater flexibility, and discover that meaningful change is possible—even when it takes time.

ADHD Coaching for High School and University Students

School and university can be particularly challenging if you have ADHD. You may know exactly what you need to do, yet struggle to get started, stay organized, manage deadlines, prepare for exams, or follow through consistently.

Through individual coaching, we'll develop practical strategies tailored to your strengths, challenges, and goals. Together, we'll work on skills such as time management, organization, study strategies, emotional regulation, and overcoming procrastination.

My goal is not only to help you succeed academically, but also to help you feel more confident, capable, and in control of your daily life.

Having lived and worked internationally for many years, I also enjoy supporting Third Culture Kids and international students who are navigating different cultures, educational systems, and life transitions.

Coaching is a collaborative process. Together, we'll identify what's getting in the way, develop practical solutions, and create systems that work for your brain—not against it.

Coaching for Parents

Parenting a child with ADHD can be both rewarding and challenging. Together, we'll explore not only the difficulties your child may be experiencing, but also their strengths, interests, and unique way of seeing the world.

I believe that parents are the true experts on their children. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to work alongside you, helping you better understand your child's needs and develop practical strategies that fit your family.

Together, we'll identify what's getting in the way, explore new approaches, and build tools that can make daily life feel calmer, more connected, and more manageable.

Whenever appropriate, I also like to involve children or teenagers in parts of the coaching process. This gives them an opportunity to share their perspective and helps ensure that their needs, strengths, and goals are part of the conversation.

ADHD Coaching for Professionals

ADHD can create unique challenges in the workplace. You may struggle with procrastination, time management, organization, prioritization, difficult workplace relationships, or simply finding enough energy to keep up with daily demands.

Many professionals with ADHD are highly capable and hardworking, yet still feel overwhelmed, frustrated, or stuck. They often know what needs to be done but have difficulty getting started, following through consistently, or managing competing priorities.

Together, we'll develop practical strategies that help you work more effectively, manage your energy, reduce overwhelm, and build systems that support the way your brain works.

Coaching can also be valuable if you're questioning your current career path, feeling unfulfilled in your work, or exploring new professional opportunities. We'll identify your strengths, clarify what matters most to you, and explore options that align with your interests, values, and natural abilities.

My goal is not simply to help you become more productive, but to help you create a professional life that feels both sustainable and meaningful.

What working together looks like

Every person brings different goals, challenges, and experiences. That's why I don't offer mandatory coaching packages or long-term contracts. Together, we'll find a coaching rhythm that fits your needs and goals.

Getting Started

Most clients benefit from meeting every one to two weeks during the first few months. This allows us to build momentum, develop practical strategies, and focus on the challenges that are currently having the greatest impact on your daily life. Regular sessions provide accountability and support while you experiment with new approaches and begin implementing meaningful changes.

Building Consistency

As new habits and systems become more established, sessions are often spaced further apart. Many clients move to a schedule of every three to four weeks for several months. During this stage, the focus shifts toward strengthening new routines, overcoming obstacles, and becoming increasingly confident in managing challenges independently.

Ongoing Support

Some clients choose to continue with occasional coaching sessions every few months or whenever new challenges arise. These sessions can help maintain progress, provide fresh perspectives, and offer support during periods of change or transition.

Fees

During the free initial consultation (30 minutes), we'll discuss your goals, current challenges, and whether coaching feels like the right fit for you. Individual coaching sessions (50 minutes) are €95. Sessions are available online or in person. There is no minimum commitment, and the frequency of sessions can be adjusted based on your goals, preferences, and circumstances.
