ADHD Community
Living with ADHD can sometimes feel isolating. Many adults spend years feeling misunderstood, struggling with challenges that others seem to handle effortlessly, or wondering why everyday life feels more difficult than it should.
This ADHD community is a space to connect with others who understand those experiences firsthand. We meet once a month online via Zoom to explore different aspects of life with ADHD—from self-organization and productivity to emotional regulation, self-worth, relationships, overwhelm, and everything in between.
Our conversations combine practical strategies with open discussion and shared experiences. The goal is not only to learn new tools, but also to connect with others, gain fresh perspectives, and feel understood in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
Each session stands on its own, so you're welcome to join at any time without needing to attend every meeting. Above all, this community is about helping you better understand yourself, build on your strengths, and create a life with ADHD that feels more fulfilling, sustainable, and authentic.
